Vegan in Vegas: Day 13

Morning weight: 181

Breakfast - Nothing. My phone died when I fell asleep last night and I didn't realize it until I woke up for work an hour late this morning. I ran out the door with nothing.

Lunch - Spanish rice, apple with natural peanut butter and water

Dinner - Spaghetti with garlic sauce and apple juice

Bedtime weight: 180

Today's recap: If you can't tell by now, I'm a creature of habit. I like the same foods over and over again. I don't change my routine much. I find something that I like and I stick with it.
