Morning weight: 178 pounds (must have been from being sick)
Breakfast - 6am - small baggy of apple cinnamon cheerios on my way out the door. I've been waking up WAY too late this past week.
Work Snack - Nothing at all
Lunch - Spanish rice with tomatoes - this was DELICIOUS and only half of a serving filled me up (1/4 cup instead of 1/2 cup). Not sure if it was because of the food, or the little bit of sickness that I still have.
Dinner - Spaghetti with garlic sauce (homemade)
